Anne Mulcahy, Executive Chairman

Anne is a 30-year veteran of Xerox and led the company through a massive transformation - reinventing Xerox into an innovative technology and services enterprise during her time as Chairman and CEO (2001 - 2010). Ms. Mulcahy and her management team were responsible for an aggressive, multibillion-dollar turnaround plan that returned Xerox to profitability through relentless focus on helping businesses deploy smarter document management strategies that deliver better ways to work. Her Xerox career began as a field sales representative in 1976 and she assumed increasingly responsible sales and senior management positions. She became chief staff officer in 1997 and corporate senior vice president in 1998.  She currently serves as a lead director for Johnson & Johnson and is a board member for Williams-Sonoma, Graham Holdings, LPL Financial, and on the Board of Trustees for Save the Children. In addition, she is currently an Executive in Residence at Harvard University.

Wyatt Batchelor, Managing Partner

Wyatt began his career in the military as a Captain in the US Army Special Operations Ranger Regiment. Following three combat deployments, Wyatt worked as a finance analyst at Goldman Sachs before beginning a career with Restaurant Brands International. At RBI, Wyatt worked in development as head of Key Accounts working with top developers to create analytical frameworks for new restaurant builds. He was promoted to Area Franchise Lead where he oversaw 320 restaurants and was responsible for development, sales growth, and operations in his region. Wyatt has a B.S. in economics from West Point and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

Kevin Mulcahy, Partner

Kevin was most recently an investment analyst at Citadel Investment Group, where his primary focus was on the technology sector. He previously spent time at Falcon Edge Capital after completing his MBA from Columbia Business School as part of the Value Investing Program. After graduating from a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, he first worked as an analyst in Goldman Sachs' Technology Media & Telecom (TMT) investment banking group and has also worked as an associate for Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), where he sourced and analyzed growth equity investments in the consumer internet space. Kevin left TCV in 2012 and founded Gaggyl.com – an online discovery engine for planning food & drink group experiences in New York City with his brother Michael and other partners. He was also the CEO of the company through the end of 2015.

Leo Nolan, Partner

Leo Nolan is a former Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Rizk Ventures, a single family office active in the healthcare, technology, and real estate sectors. While working at Rizk he also was Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Workspace Property Trust, a Rizk Ventures portfolio company.Prior to Rizk Ventures, Leo was the Head of Global Business Development at TractManager and was responsible for managing the operations of TractManager International, as well as pursuing additional revenue opportunities. Prior to working for TractManager, he worked in the Credit Opportunities Fund at Summit Partners where he created tailored capital solutions that fit the unique needs of the companies in which the fund invested. Leo began his career working with Goldman Sachs & Co. Investment Banking Division advising on and executing numerous strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures after receiving his B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.

Michael Mulcahy, Partner

Michael began his career at Y&R where he worked on brand strategy and advertising for a wide range of industries/firms (SunTrust Bank, MetLife, Campbell Soup Company, and Land Rover) after receiving a B.A. in Marketing from Boston College in 2005. Michael left Y&R in 2012 to pursue his passion for hospitality - working in a variety of operations focused and front of house roles including The Modern (A Michelin starred restaurant from Danny Meyer).  He co-founded Gaggyl.com, in partnership with his brother Kevin – an online discovery engine for planning food & drink group experiences in New York City before establishing his family office, Silver Fox Partners, with his mother Anne and Kevin.
